By downloading or using LiveEdit ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. License

LiveEdit Free is provided under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may install and use it on any number of websites you own or manage.

LiveEdit Pro is licensed per domain. Each license key activates Pro features on one domain (including all subfolders). Subdomains require separate licenses.

2. Permitted Use

• Use LiveEdit on websites you own or are authorized to manage.
• Modify the source code for personal or client projects.
• Install multiple copies on the same licensed domain.

3. Prohibited Use

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute LiveEdit as a standalone product.
• You may not remove or obscure copyright notices.
• You may not use LiveEdit to build a competing product.

4. Pro License

Pro licenses are sold as a one-time payment per domain. There are no recurring fees. Your license remains valid indefinitely, including all future Pro updates released while your license is active.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LiveEdit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use it at your own risk and always keep backups of your files.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LiveEdit, including loss of data or revenue.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
